Chef Nathan’s Signature Collection
Every sauce in this collection was born in my restaurant kitchen and refined over nearly forty years of cooking, tasting, listening to guests, and never settling for “good enough.” These are the flavors I am proud to place on my family’s table—and now, I am honored to share them with yours.

One Question Changed Everything
For decades, I believed my greatest reward was seeing happy guests leave my restaurant with a smile. I never imagined my recipes could travel beyond my kitchen.
Then one day, a guest asked me a simple question.
“Chef Nathan… why can’t I take your sauces home?”
I smiled at the time, but that question never left me. It planted a seed that would eventually grow into something much bigger than I ever imagined.
My Story
My story did not begin in a restaurant. It began with a family, a journey, and a dream of building a better life. Along the way, I learned lessons about resilience, gratitude, hard work, and the importance of treating every person with kindness and respect.
Every chapter of that journey—from Vietnam, to America, to Germany, and into my own restaurants—has shaped the chef and the person I am today.
My Philosophy
I have always believed that great cooking begins long before the first ingredient touches the wok. It begins with respect—for the ingredients, for the craft, and most importantly, for the people we are cooking for.
Every meal is prepared with one simple question in mind:
“Would I proudly serve this to my own family?”
If the answer is no, it never leaves my kitchen.
That principle has guided me for nearly forty years, and it will continue to guide every bottle of sauce that carries my name.
My Footprints
The restaurants I have built, the people I have met, the friendships I have made, and the meals I have shared are the footprints of my journey. They remind me that success is never measured only by achievements but by the lives we touch along the way.
